Ignite Work LLC ("Ignite", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, age, gender, personality profiles, and what you write or upload in sessions. We also collect usage data to improve the app.
Your information is used to personalize Ignite for you, generate AI responses, and send optional notifications and emails. You can stop our emails at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each one. We never sell your data to third parties.
Ignite uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to write Ignite's replies in your sessions, your session summaries and profile, and some of the emails we send you. To do that, we send Anthropic what you write or upload in sessions and what you've told Ignite about yourself, including your name, age, gender, and the answers in your profile. We never send Anthropic your email address.
Anthropic handles this for us as our service provider, under its Commercial Terms and Data Processing Addendum, not its consumer privacy policy. Anthropic may not train its models on what we send it. It keeps what we send, and what Claude writes back, for up to 30 days. If its automated safety systems flag a conversation, it may keep that conversation for up to 2 years, or longer if the law requires it.
Your session data is stored securely in our database and associated only with your account.
To improve the quality of Ignite, we review a small sample of sessions. Before any review, we remove your name, email address, and other details that could identify you. Reviews may use automated tools, including Claude, and qualified reviewers who work with us under a confidentiality agreement.
Sign-in is provided by Clerk, Inc. Clerk stores your email address, name, password (in hashed form), and, if you use them, the identifiers Apple or Google return when you sign in, together with sign-in security information such as the device and IP address used. Clerk stores this in the United States. Clerk never receives your session conversations or any other content you create in Ignite. Deleting your Ignite account deletes your Clerk record.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Account & Data in your Profile. You can also delete a single session from the Sessions tab: its conversation, summary and insights are deleted, and Ignite keeps only the date it happened, so it still counts toward that week. To get a copy of your data, email support@ignitework.app and we'll send you an export.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. In the app, your sign-in token is stored in your device's keychain. Ignite does not use cookies to sign you in, and our website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers.
You have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data. Contact support@ignitework.app for any privacy requests.
Ignite is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
When the app crashes, we send a diagnostic report to Sentry, our error-monitoring provider, so we can find and fix the problem. These reports contain technical information only: device model, operating system version, app version, and the technical details of the failure. They do not include your session content, name, email address, or IP address. Sentry's privacy policy applies to this data.
